Cracking opportunity for a talented recruiter with experience in the construction, industrial or driving sector to join this well established and highly successful recruitment agency, situated just slightly north-east of Birmingham.

As a Trades & Labour consultant, you will be primarily responsible for effectively managing your clients’ accounts, entailing developing and sustaining productive relationships with hirers, new business growth through sales and business development activities and, of course, the provision of outstanding service delivery – channelled through your very own resourcing team. You will be working in the supportive environment of an experienced T&L team and will be part of a much larger business where your colleagues in other teams specialise in the diverse range of construction recruitment across the UK.
The business is well established, working with the majority of the major civil construction and house building names in the country as well as a vast range of small to medium businesses across the civil engineering, groundworks and construction arena. This Trades & Labour Recruitment Consultant opportunity is most likely to suit an ambitious and confident recruiter, with at least 3 years’ experience gained in a high volume recruitment supply environment (construction or possibly industrial & driving recruitment). You will be the kind of person who enjoys forging and developing relationships, meeting with clients on-site and who enjoys delivering against challenging targets.
Basic salary, commission and benefits are very competitive and there is a genuine opportunity to move rapidly into a management position if sought after.
