As a Permanent Recruitment Consultant, you will be primarily responsible for effectively managing your clients’ staffing requirements, entailing developing and sustaining productive relationships with hirers and new business growth through sales and business development activities.  You will be autonomously running your own desk – maybe even set up a new division – where you will be responsible for sourcing, selecting and presenting candidates for permanent job openings with your clients.  The business provides extensive support through resourcing teams and in maintaining ongoing training, coaching and mentoring wherever it’s required; they want you to succeed and will equip you with as much as you need to do so.  . 

 

Of course, wherever possible, we’d be very interested to talk to candidates who already have some recruitment experience – if you’re coming from a construction or technical/engineering background, all the better.  However, we will also consider ambitious and intelligent individuals, ideally from a commercial working background, who can prove to us their ability and desire to work in the competitive world of recruitment, where extensive participation sales and new business development goes arm in arm with client account management, candidate resourcing and strategically planned business management.  Providing you demonstrate your sensible, business-focussed, confident and mature approach to the job, you will receive plenty of guidance and opportunity to develop into a highly successful Recruitment Consultant.
