£26-£30,000pa + car allowance + uncapped comm
A highly successful, rapidly expanding and award-winning digital design agency is searching for a talented Business Development Manager with experience in digital design, inbound marketing and marketing automation software sales to join a growing team.
Based in a brand new studio in Birmingham’s “creative quarter”, this full service, digital marketing agency, which is part of a larger, well-established Business Services Group, is keen to find an ambitious and highly capable sales and Business Development Manager with significant experience of working within an inbound marketing services environment who is looking for a genuine opportunity to shine.
A client facing role, the BDM should be impeccably presented, confident and credible; able to open up business opportunities across the digital marketing spectrum and grow relationships with decision makers at a senior level within client companies across all sectors. We’re looking for somebody who is eager to keep abreast of latest developments and emerging technologies in the digital marketing sector and able to identify how these tools can address clients’ needs and benefit their businesses in the long term.
With a keen focus on developing inbound marketing strategies for clients across the UK, utilising a range of automation marketing software tools, the Business Development Manager should be able to demonstrate their understanding of platforms such as HubSpot, Act-On, Pardot and Marketo and how to integrate them into creative inbound marketing and lead generation strategies.
As a key member of the team whose opinions and experience will be highly valued, the Business Development Manager will also be encouraged to contribute ideas and actively participate in the development of the inbound marketing sales strategy within the business.

This BDM role includes a competitive basic salary, uncapped commission structure and a company car allowance.
